I’d guess main board but up to you which one you want to purchase first. Leave the TV unplugged for a further 2 minutes. Press and hold the power button on the TV (not on the remote) for 30 seconds. If it’s none of the above then the problem is likely a faulty main board or power supply and you’ll have to replace those.
